Welcome to Tea Hills Ella. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We look forward to providing you with an exceptional stay in the heart of Ella.

1. Booking & Payment

• Reservation Guarantee: A valid booking confirmation is required to secure your room.

• Rates: All rates are quoted per room, per night and include breakfast, Wi-Fi, and access to our courtesy shuttle.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To manage our small boutique property effectively, we adhere to the following policy:

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

• Late Cancellation & No-Show: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, including no-shows or early departures, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

• Refunds: Any eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of the hotel’s control.

• Modifications: Requests to change dates are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Please contact us directly for assistance.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

• Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, terrace, or hotel property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements.

• Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and on the private terrace.

• Noise & Tranquility: We ask guests to respect the peaceful nature of the tea hills by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

5. Facilities & Services

• Courtesy Shuttle: Our free Tuk-Tuk shuttle is provided for local transfers. This service is subject to driver availability and operates during daylight hours.

• Hot Water & Utilities: While we strive to provide 24/7 hot water and Wi-Fi, occasional interruptions may occur due to the rural highland location. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Liability

• Personal Belongings: My Tea Hills Ella is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Please ensure your valuables are kept secure.

• Safety: Guests use the terrace and hotel grounds at their own risk. Please exercise caution, especially during rainy weather when surfaces may be slippery
